I'm Dr. Sheffie Robinson, a clinical sociologist and sociotherapist based in Augusta, Georgia. My work sits at the meeting point of people and the systems they live inside: families, workplaces, schools, and communities. I help individuals make sense of the rooms they walk into, and I help organizations build rooms worth walking into. That means some weeks I'm sitting with a couple working out how they share a home, and other weeks I'm helping an employer redesign how they hire and keep people. The through line is the same: change the way people and structures fit together, and things start to move.
